The business is lead by Mark and Linda McCord who had substantial corporate sales, marketing and merchandising backgrounds prior to forming Custom Threads.

Mark is the focal point for key customer relationships and partnerships while Linda leads the production team and supply chain. Linda is ultimately responsible for the quality and on time delivery experience.

The 3rd key member of the Leadership Team is Matthew McCord. As On Line Sales and Operations Manager, Matthew is responsible for the development and management of all on line store development as well as the company’s social media and web presence.
